I want to thank the Mr. Filip for developing this great add-on. This add-on changed my Firefox and my life.
— Thank to this add-on I can add website icons (PWAs) to the desktop.
— Thank to this add-on I no longer must unlock my Firefox (I have it protected with password) for visiting a website, so I rather click to PWA icon on desktop.
— Thank to this add-on I can now run YouTube and Gmail directly from desktop (Google never develops the desktop YouTube or Gmail version, so this add-on is a great alternative to YouTube and Gmail apps).

I have installed over 30 PWAs, and I'm very satisfied with this add-on.
I don't know why exactly Mozilla won't implement PWAs never in the near future, but I have this great add-on.
