Bug: Network NAS is continuously accessed

Description

once opened it constantly sends packages to my nas and since it doesn't have le specs my nas can slow down with this

Steps To Reproduce

open files

Requirements

optimize the network code by sending packages every 5 or so seconds

no only with files it starts the second i open files
