Create F3 engineering report by FilOz

The community would benefit from a report written by us that basically summarises our journey in making shit happen since F3 implementation began. This would have summary of findings, main issues we faced, what we did about it, summary of internal and external audits, etc.
We have most of the material for this already. It is just a matter of collating those into one report, along with data to then present to the community.

The report should also include specific improvements we have made and a list of potential improvements for future work.
