Proposal: Expire datacap not used by allocators

In proposal #6 in June: Allocators who had not made any Datacap allocations were asked if they wanted to remain listed in the program as an active Allocator. Those that did not respond had their Datacap removed.

Allocators who had not made any distributions, but wished to remain active provided a roadmap of development onboarding to their pathways. Requesting these Organizations indicate if they wish to remain the program, and when they anticipate testing or dealmaking.

The intent of this proposal is to make it easier for clients to connect with Allocators.

Inactive Allocator accounts make the public directories difficult for Clients to connect with the active Allocators.

• Organizations will remain on the Allocators slack channel
• Organizations will have DataCap removed

Proposed Timeline:
Oct 1: Discuss on #166

Oct 21: Open period for Organizations to provided detailed time-bound roadmap for Data Onboarding

Oct 22: Organizations with no deal making or pathway development will have DataCap removed.

These Organizations have reached out with updates on their pathway which indicate clear stewardship of their existing DataCap received. Removed from the proposal to expire DataCap.

We are StorSwift #1085 https://github.com/filecoin-project/Allocator-Registry/blob/main/Allocators/1085.json we are sorry for the no-deal-making thing during last several months due to insufficient exposure to clients. After a week’s efforts, we started our first deal StorSwift-team/fil-allocator-bookkeeping#3. The client requested 12P in total, now the due diligence is ongoing. After we finished necessary inspection, the first deal is expected within one month. If things go as planned, the subsequent tranche will follow. I will keep you updated once the issue has any progress.

Due to recent business and organizational adjustments at Techgreedy, the operations of EasyOnboard-Allocator have been delayed for the past six months. Moving forward, EasyOnboard-Allocator (Techgreedy) will be jointly operated by myself and @LucasLucas1987. @LucasLucas1987 will primarily represent EasyOnboard-Allocator in the review and distribution of datacap, while I will focus on further research into Filecoin-related technologies.

We are currently in discussions with several enterprise clients regarding data storage, and we anticipate applications will begin within the next 1-2 weeks.

EasyOnboard-Allocator encourages data diversity and welcomes both public datasets and enterprise datasets. We aim to achieve the first round of compliant distribution of 5 PiB within the next 2-3 months.

If you are working on tooling - have an MVP or some sort of test ready in the coming weeks.
If you are working on BD with clients (Manual review) - bring a deal to network with an existing allocator or your own pathway.

intent is to limit the amount of inactive Pathways that clients are seeing when looking for Allocators. Just trying to remove the inactive. Leave a comment here in this issue is ideal

1060, 1065 | CoinSummer Labs and MinerDAO are facing the same multisig issue, and the solution to resolve this problem is filecoin-project/Allocator-Registry#163. We are currently reviewing the new multisig.
