Override permission on RelationManager

Hi,
Somehow a RelationManager uses the permissions from the coresponding Resource. That's good I think.
How can one override that permissions in the RealationManager in a clean way?

In the example above, the CourseManager will not be able to add relations to appointments as long as the line 29 is commentet out.
