Just acquired the domain name http://mlconsole.org/ for it. Create it and put it online.

Based on the http://mlproj.org/ website design. I've put kind of an empty shell (index and contact pages is OK, still need to provision the Get Started guide and the doc).

I do, but github notifications aren't very loud. Just a little blue dot next to the bell in the upper-right corner of the github page when I'm logged in.
