Still accesses Internet when set not to.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Disable Internet access, through settings "Revoke Internet Access"

Expected behavior
Does not try to access internet
Actual behavior, accesses internet

How can you tell the app is accessing the internet?

To be clear, the switch has to be ON to disable internet access

When does it happen?

The app access internet to update the currencies rate just the first time of the day that you open the app only if the switch is disabled
