I would like to propose a feature enhancement for the Viewer.js library that would greatly improve the user experience in full-screen mode. The feature involves adding a small square overlay that displays a magnified view of the area where the cursor is positioned.

Proposed Feature:

  • In full-screen mode, when the user hovers the cursor over the image, a small square (e.g., 100x100 pixels) appears, showing an enlarged view of the area under the cursor.
  • This magnifying square would help users to see finer details of the image without needing to zoom in and out frequently.

Benefits:

  • Enhances user interaction by providing a quick way to inspect details.
  • Improves accessibility for users who may have difficulty seeing small details in images.

Additional Considerations:

  • The size and opacity of the magnifying square could be customizable in the settings.
  • It would be beneficial to have an option to toggle this feature on or off.

Thank you for considering this feature request! I believe it would be a valuable addition to the Viewer.js library.
