sudo update-alternatives --config x-terminal-emulator does exit without displaying anything.

Please describe the steps needed to reproduce the bug:

1. Execute sudo update-alternatives --config x-terminal-emulator.

If you will be able to reproduce there, then please report it in Red Hat Bugzilla or in upstream (preferred for GNOME projects) and not in this issue tracker.

Unfortunately, I am not able to perform that. Thus, if anybody is able to quickly test it for me, I shall be very gratuitous.

alternatives are currently non functional on rpm-ostree based systems: coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker#677. You can work around that by creating the symlinks manually.
