Missing packages from a multi-build update #4

If multiple builds are attached to an update as in https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-0a76ee686a, all of them needs to be tagged into a side-tag. Otherwise the tested packages experience inconsistencies as in https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-0a76ee686a.
