vetted_guardians input format unclear in GuardianUI

The correct input format of vetted_guardians in GuardianUI meta information setup is unclear. An example for users on how to correctly enter multiple gateways would be useful.
E.g. vetted_gateways: Eine Liste von Gateway-Identifikatoren, die von der Föderation geprüft wurden. Beispiel: ["gateway1", "gateway2"]

I feel like eventually we should have specialized input forms for all standardized meta fields. For now additional help texts sound useful though.
