Code for the plots is already written, but the logic for determining best candidates (Issue #2 ) needs to be used to selectively plot them.

Finished program to make basic plots of best candidates. Still need to make nice plots with time series etc.

@platodeliyannis Where are we at with this? I think you were close to done with this last time I checked? Is this implemented in the spitler_pipeline? If so, we can close this. Implementing in the new pipeline is another task altogether.

@sk8forether I have Robert's plotting scripts now, so I'll work on integrating them into the new Pipeline.
