Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded

I tried a few times to get a working, but I always got a file not found (issue with relative/absolute paths I assume)

So then I just added the complete URL and put the stylesheet in my public folder. The issue I'm now running into is the maximum execution time being exceeded. I have not been able to figure out why this error occurs since no other error logs are available to me. I have not tried to increase the execution time since in my application I can't wait over 60 seconds just to send 1 email.

Help would be much appreciated!
