Expand unit testing

Something we should do anyways but also something that will be look for in a journal review.

Make sure we can recapture the parameters from simulated data sets across various configurations. Also simple tests on the plotting and rotation functions. If we also want to compare with the MARSS package, as we currently do, apparently we can just add MARSS to the Suggests section in the DESCRIPTION file.
