Honestly, we aren't officially out of the stable yet. Considering how many distributions are released and discontinued weekly, I totally understand why this requirement exists. However, I hope this requirement can be debated, as the distro is completely usable as a daily driver. It's just the underlying technology with sysupdate, etc., that is still evolving too quickly to be considered stable as it can still be that the distro will face many changes adopting new stuff
