Export mesh to a format that preserves original dimensions (scale)

First, thanks for making available this programmatic tool.
I've tried to 3D print models that I have created using 'Brain2Mesh'. When modeling in FreeCad or Blender, I noticed that the meshes are approximately double of the size from the expected dimensions. Is there any way to save them so the meshes preserve the original scale? or perhaps a tweak in 'Brain2Mesh' pipeline?
