Flashing / Blinking / Strobing Issue with embeds on Chrome

I use this plugin all the time and normally have no troubles. However, I have an instance where it seems as though the ".fancybox-slide" slide or it's children is constantly reloading which causes a "flickering" or "blinking" effect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Using chrome, go to https://www.phillipsmedisize.com/smart-autoinjector/
2. Click on the "Aria smart autoinjector" in the 2nd section video under the main banner.

Expected behavior
The video should play without flickering.

Additional context
I feel as though I came across a solution for this a while back, but am an unable to find the article I am referring to. I feel like I recall fixing this by adjusting CSS on the html/body tags, but nothing I am trying is working.
