Crash on clicking "Add Plugin" on Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224)

I am getting the same thing on Sonoma 14.7 -- only with Apple Silicon (M1 Pro). I'm able to add plugins fine on an older Mac Mini running Sonoma with an Intel chip. I can provide logs if needed.
