seamless_streaming_unity相关权重自行下载，怎么设置路径

在seamless_streaming_unity.yaml配置文件中，修改了char_tokenizer: 和checkpoint:参数，改成了我下载好的权重路径，为什么推理运行还要下载权重呢？

修改路径后，需要重新编译一下

下载是在 ~/.cache/fairseq2n/目录下，下载时会为每个下载文件创建目录（数字串），下载时，看新增了哪个目录，然后停止程序，会发现目录也自动消失，手工创建此目录，然后把预先下载的文件copy到此目录，就不会再下载了。
