Running on Windows

Hi there, I've been trying to get ParlAI running on windows 10, and am currently stuck.
( I didn't post this as an issue as I don't know if ParlAI officially supports windows )

iopath, win32con are missing even if i try installing with pip install BLA or python -m pip install BLA

where can I find which python / pip ParlAI is using? seems that might be the underlying issue?

the error occurs whenever i run anything parlai I arrive at the same error:

We don't officially support ParlAI in Windows. Some users have had success using lower versions of python.
