Image stitching problem

Hello, I am using your model(2.9G) to predict tree heights in the Himalayan region. Due to the large area, I need to split my data into thousands of 256*256 images. However, I've noticed that the predictions for each image are not smooth at the boundaries, showing significant jumps, such as from a height of 18 to 26. Have you encountered this problem before, and how can it be resolved?
