Missing hover on attribute assignment in __init__ #4986

Describe the Bug

Hover on the LHS of self.name = name (line 3) shows "No information available", while hovering on name on the RHS works fine. This is the attribute-access variant of #918, which was fixed for local variables but not for self.attr targets.
