Off topic.

I searched for the ads library api and sdk.

The issue is that when i create a test app, and try to give permissions to account in the console it doesn't work.

i tried to get permission ads_read, but its not listed.

Is there any doc teaching how to use the test app and get permission ads_read to administrator ?
