"npx create-react-app" doesn't generate src or public folders #13617

Specs:

macOS Venutra 13.6.7
npm version 10.7.0.
node version 20.15.0

I've tried uninstalling create-react-app globally, clearing npx cache, running with the "@latest" flag and nothing has worked.
