Tabs below breadcrumbs disappear when moving window

Describe the bug
On a data donation project item, you can grab the window of the browser and resize it in a wild manner.
At some point the Tabs for 1. Settings 2. Workflow 3. Monitor will disappear. If the window is left as-is, the tabs wil appear after around 10-15 seconds.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a data donation project item
2. Wildly resize the window, let go of the mouse some time
3. Observe that Tabs disappear
4. Observe that Tabs reappear after ~10-15 seconds

Expected behavior
Tabs don't disappear

@TjerkNan I can not reproduce this locally with the latest code. On dev I see the javascript code seems not up-to-date.
