AI Model influence: If you got errors in mermaid generation with text to AI, try to change model

Hi there,

I opened this issue at first to report an issue with parenthesis. But while digging, I realized that the model has an impact on the result.

Using gpt4o, I got mermaid errors related to "root" or issues while interpreting parenthesis in text.

I switched back to gpt 3 turbo, and it worked flawlessly.

I suggest adding a listbox to select model above the prompt box, so one can test with multiple model and select the one which gives the best result.

This is based on GPT-4o doesn't know, Excalidraw doesn't recognize Mindmap syntax. #7281
You can specify in your prompt, which type of mermaid syntax you want. Supported are currently flowchart, class und sequence to my knowledge.
