After installing and executing the PEPPI on my local server, I got the analysis results.
But I need help figuring out the meaning of the output files. I know the LR.csv is the final score, but I didn't get the result on the website showing the prediction result "The chains are predicted to interact".
What's the cutoff value of LR that decides to interact or not?

Hi Would you mind provide some insights about how to install the PEPPI? I found there are very limited information about the installation.
