Current behavior

User info on how to install and use packages are copied in each repository.

Suggested enhancement

Consolidate the common and generic info in a USER_GUIDE.md and link all packages to it instead.
Add a link to the user guide in the profile README

Also pont user to request to be added to the users team to get access to Parallel's NPM packages
