Mastodon, Setup Successfull, got 503 Response from nginx

I tryed to setup a mastodon instance on docker, followed mastodon guid 4 docker. Added Enviroment vars to docker-compose.yml:

if i try to access webpage i got "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" from nginx.

So here are my Questions:

• Where do i find nginx config for virtual domain?
• Where can i enable debug mode for proxy to get more insight?

Digged a little deeper, if i disable streaming enviroment and remove virtual path, web enviroment will be displayed. So i think there is an error with virtual_path
currently using NGINX Version 1.22.1
