Add ability to turn off visualizer and discover features

Use Case

Just an option in the catalog to turn off the features, this would also need the build step to not bother with the pages (getting events, domains etc).

This is actually related to #926, we want to disable some features to see if we can get a catalog built, but I think this might be a nice feature to have anyway.
