Add optional protocols to services

Use Case

Allow users (in the frontmatter) to add protocols. Example protocols include, but are not limited to, AMQP, HTTP, JMS, Kafka, Anypoint MQ, MQTT, Solace, STOMP, Mercure, WebSocket, Google Pub/Sub, Pulsar.

The service will show an icon on the right, helping folks understand which protcols the service is using. For example it may accept queries over HTTP and be using Kafka to send/receive messages.
