Do center/right alignment as HTML for Markdown output #180

Since Markdown does not support center/right alignment styling, switch to HTML for that (for both headings and paragraphs).

Note that some Markdown renderers (notably GitHub-flavored Markdown) do not honor center/right alignment (even HTML).
