Feature request: Add option for links to open in new tabs

I'm on a content writing team that uses this extension. It'd be awesome if in the options menu (pictured below) there was a box you could check to have links open in new tabs. I want a reader to stay on my page but still link out to helpful resources. Right now, I have to manually update each link and it's incredibly time consuming.
