<condition key="deficient">The leaves of three different Mss. have been put and roughly sewn together. Many folios have been misplaced (esp. fols. 12rv, 13r-16v, 32rv, 55r-56v, 58rv) some are still loose leaves (esp. fols. 12, 17, 18, 32, 34, 45, 59-61), and many others are missing.
Some folios are affected by humidity (esp. fols. 59r – 63v) and some others covered with stains (esp. fols. 2rv, 3r, 7v, 8r, 11r, 13v, 49rv, 50r, 52v, 53rv, 54rv)
Fol. 12 is inverted. 
Fol. 58 is broken in the upper part.
Fol. 59 is mutilated.
The original bindings of all three codices did not survived.</condition>

It is written in black and by a recent hand.
It is separated from the text through two parallel chains of black and red dots and nine dot asterisks in between.

<item xml:id="e1">- On fol. 12vab (bottom margin) a beginning of a miracle followed by an unreadable supplication formula is crudely written in blue pen by a recent hand.
- Crude notes in pen or pencil in the bottom margins of fols. 19v, 20v, 24v, 25v, 26r, 27r, 30r, 38v, 29rv, 40v, 43r, 43v (washed out), 45r, 49r, 50r, 57v, 61vb, 64ra. Some others are between the columns and in the upper margin of fol. 27v, in the upper margin of 29r, in the left upper margin of 41r and above Additio 1 in fol. 64rb.
- The name of an individual, Bǝrhanä liq ("Bǝrhanä, doctor"), is written on the left upper margin of fol. 15v, apparently in the main hand.
The name “Libanos” is written in black in the left upper margin of fol. 44v (same hand as the text?).</item>

In the centre fold of some quires (e.g. fols. 13v-14r, 14v-15r, 22v-23r), small holes are visible, close to the head of the codex.
The remnants of three different manuscripts have been collected and put together between two wooden boards.</decoNote>

Sometimes only the first part of the name (Wärädä) is written, followed by a vacant space (e.g., fols. 3rb [l.15], 5rb [ls. 17-18]).
In Additio 1 (fol. 64rb) the name of another individual related to the church of ʾAmbäsät is mentioned: Kǝflä Gäbrǝʾel Wägäzunni Ḥǝzqǝʾel (?; fol. 64rb, ls. 10-12).
- In AKM-004β, [Kǝ]brǝnä Krǝstos appears in some supplication formulas within Texts 1 -2. His name is nearly complete only in fol. 57ra (ls. 16-17).
