Clickable Admin url for the user in the history view #765

It is very useful to make the admin user who did the changes, "clickable". This would allow direct access to the user profile responsible for edits. It is particularly useful to me, since I am using "Phone Numbers" as usernames. I did the changes to my local system, as shown in the image below:
