npm run test:integration fails sometimes with this error:

../src/bcrypto.c:2703: Assertion `napi_create_external(env, cipher, bcrypto_cipher_destroy_, NULL, &handle) == napi_ok' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)

Re-running the test usually results in passing.

Often the github CI will fail on the first run, and pass on re-run.

Going to fix this when I purge bcrypto from discv5
