in terms of glamsterdam scoping process on the CL side, i think we can take time today to look at each EIP and discuss any initial scoping considerations

then, i'd request written proposals from each CL team for their glamsterdam selection by 13 Nov where we would make the SFI decision. given the smaller set, any written view can be something like a team blog or even just a github comment for that week's call

@ralexstokes should this be the CFI decision? I understood the process that non-headliner EIPs would move to CFI (or DFI). They would only move to SFI when being added to the spec for the next devnet.

Scheduled for Inclusion signals that implementation and testing work are underway.

I would like to PFI ethereum/EIPs#10656 (Prevent using consolidations as withdrawals). This EIP is similar to one of those that are proposed by @anderselowsson, might make sense to discuss them together.

I'd like to discuss the current status of PeerDAS cell-level deltas, a potential roadmap/timeline for testing and gradual rollout, and a speculative continuation of the BPO schedule to unlock blob throughput all the way up to 72 max (or beyond) thanks to this improvement.
