Gerar endereço de e-mail da UnB com a concatenação (+ @aluno.unb.br)
Gerar link de confirmação que redireciona para a página de cadastro
Colocar no corpo do email o link de cadastro
Disponibilizar o endereço de email e o corpo para outras API's
