How do I close wakenet but used vad and multinet? (AUD-5445)

• I only need Vad and Multinet, no need to wake up the device.

• But after turning off the voice wake-up, the VAD can not be triggered.

• WWE code works on the development board when wakenet is started.

• When I only set wakenet to flase, the VAD does not fire and the Multinet does not recognize it.

• But it is described in the documentation，If users do not need WakeNet, please use: afe_config.wakeNet_init = False.
