Describe the bug
When logging in on a xiaomi smartphone the login page redirects the user to a different sync page where the user can't proceed with the loggin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to login page
  2. Click on login
  3. See that the login screen with email prompt doesn't show up

Expected behavior
The email prompt should show up when clicking on login
