Actual Results

The system does not provide any suggestions of a duplicate patient when I am recreating a patient with similar details to a previously registered patient.

Expected results

Since it is the whole functionality that is not working, kindly refer to the described workflow as described here.

Steps to reproduce

Login to eSaude POC->registration->register an existing patient.
This is in the dev and test server.
