The CLI app could be building just fine and we could still have scaffolded apps failing because we can't individually test scaffolded apps combinations.

The result of a scaffolded app should be pre-checked in CI with Playwright end-to-end testing in the canary branch as one of the main requirements before merging with main and triggering a main release.
