line drawn on the opposite side of canvas #1049

Hi,

when I draw shape on layer and move it out of canvas partially, I see some strange line on the opposite border of canvas.

I have new PC with resolution 1920 x 1080 and I have not seen such problem on the old one with smaller resolution.
