Add support for Dremio

 I have opened [pull request !88 on reladiff](https://github.com/erezsh/reladiff/pull/88) to add support for [Dremio](https://docs.dremio.com/current/). 
I have also opened the related [pull request !41 on sqeleton](https://github.com/erezsh/sqeleton/pull/41) to add [Dremio](https://docs.dremio.com/current/) support.
