Use this issue to keep an overview of potential breaking changes for v10.

Remove workflow semantic-release.yml (use Release Please instead)
Remove workflow commitlint.yml? (Use Super-linter instead)
Rename input ENCRYPTION_PASSWORD in terraform.yml to ENCRYPTION_PASSPHRASE.
Remove support of multiline test project path in dotnet.yml?
