The current version of Picto Web locates the metamodel of a model by replacing its .model/.flexmi extension with .ecore. Some sort of configuration file at the root of the workspace specifying which metamodels should be registered, would be preferable to this convention.

For this, we can already use things like metamodelFile in the model specification in the .picto file.
