Method to request URL using names

We got to the conclusion that the only way to request the shape of a feature given its nomenclature is to create a lookup table from here: https://planetarynames.wr.usgs.gov/SearchResults?target=MARS using the realtion featureID vs featureName. We should have this done any time soon.
