Change the displayed email of the EPFL president (currently hidden) to [email protected]

This is now in prod in the legacy version.
I have added an extra column email_replacement in the cv.common table.
Not sure this is a good approach for a quite unique situation like this as we waste a full column for storing almost exclusively NULL values. Similarly to the redirects that are quite rare, it would probably be a better idea to have a single serialized column for all specials cases.
