Extended fuse is set at 0x05 giving a BOD level of 2.7V

Changing extended fuse to 0x04 will give a BOD level of 4.3V

RPUno is not powered with USB so low voltages should trigger the BOD. BOD holds the AVR RESET active (low) during periods of insufficient power supply voltage.
