With the introduction of sense and antisense chains representation with hydrogen bonds in sequence mode (#5942), a problem arises: when there is a modified phosphate in a nucleotide/nucleoside on the bottom chain, if a hydrogen bond is shown from the middle of the symbol, a dot indicating that modified phosphate and the hydrogen bond will (almost) intercept.
In this ticket, that dot will be slightly moved to the right to avoid that problem.
Requirement
The dot indicating a marked phosphate (ticket introducing it: #3734) should be moved to the right (see mockup).
