Background

With the introduction of sense and antisense chains representation with hydrogen bonds in sequence mode (#5942), a problem arises: when there is a modified phosphate in a nucleotide/nucleoside on the bottom chain, if a hydrogen bond is shown from the middle of the symbol, a dot indicating that modified phosphate and the hydrogen bond will (almost) intercept.

In this ticket, that dot will be slightly moved to the right to avoid that problem.

Requirement

  • The dot indicating a marked phosphate (ticket introducing it: #3734) should be moved to the right (see mockup).

UX
TBD
